I am an Applied Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum
Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. I provide behavioral
assessments, individualized intervention plans, caregiver training, and school consultation.
My work focuses on developing communication, social, play, adaptive, and independence skills while reducing
behaviors that interfere with learning and daily life. I value early intervention, family involvement, and close
collaboration with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
My professional approach is compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based. I believe that every child has
unique strengths and the capacity to learn when provided with the right support, environment, and teaching
strategies.
I aim to build trusting and positive relationships with children and their families while ensuring that intervention
remains respectful, practical, and meaningful. I prioritize functional goals that improve communication,
independence, emotional regulation, social participation, and everyday quality of life.
Family and caregiver involvement is central to my work. I support parents and professionals through clear guidance,
practical training, and collaborative decision making. My goal is not only to help children make progress during
therapy, but also to ensure that their skills generalize successfully to home, school, and community settings.
