Ms. Benny is registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi, as a Clinical Psychologist.
Ms. Benny believes that it is a privilege when clients trust her with parts of their lives they have never shared with anyone else. She values that trust deeply and strives to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual’s pace and needs. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices, she helps clients explore difficult emotions, address unspoken challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate self-compassion without feeling rushed.
Ms. Benny believes that every individual possesses the capacity for growth and healing. Her goal is to empower clients to gradually build the same sense of safety, resilience, and self-acceptance within themselves, enabling them to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional well-being.
