I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 12 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I hold advanced postgraduate training in both Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, allowing me to integrate evidence–based and insight–oriented approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where clients can explore their concerns, gain insight into their experiences, and develop effective coping strategies. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, helping clients strengthen resilience,  improve emotional well-being, enhance relationships, and achieve meaningful and lasting personal growth.
