Ana Fernandez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner who takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to supporting individuals, families, and organizations. She specializes in  Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral sleep support, and behavior change interventions, working collaboratively with clients, caregivers, educators, employers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful learning, communication, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. 

Ana holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology,  complemented by international academic and professional experience across educational, clinical, community, and organizational settings. She supports individuals across the lifespan, with and without diagnosed conditions, using person-centered and evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s strengths, goals, and circumstances.  Her work focuses on empowering individuals to develop meaningful skills, achieve sustainable behavior change, and improve overall wellbeing.
